Quotes are sent by email and stay valid for 30 days.
Payment
Projects need 50% in advance and 50% on completion, before going live. Invoices are due on receipt.
Your content
You provide text, images and logos on time and own their copyright. Delays in content may move the delivery date.
Review
You can review work during design and at completion. Work is treated as approved 14 days after delivery unless you tell us otherwise.
Support
Support after launch is covered by AMC or billed per request.
What we collect
Details you send through forms, calls or WhatsApp, plus anonymous site usage through analytics.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, deliver your project and improve the site. We never sell your data.
Client files
Files you send us are visible only to you and the HARSH1288 team working on your job.

Cancellation
You can cancel within 24 hours of confirming an order, by email or WhatsApp.
Advance payments
After work has started, the advance covers work already done and is not refunded.
Hardware
Hardware we supply follows the manufacturer's warranty and return terms.
AMC
Monthly support plans can be stopped with 30 days' notice.
